This initiative is a collaboration between the Ministry of Education and BTVI. Students who are enrolled in this program are provided the opportunity to develop skills that will afford them the opportunity to join the work force upon completion. It is a skills based program that focuses on students between the ages of 16 and 18 years. 

BTVI has be a vital partner in the continuation of this program. They enrolled over 50 young person in various subject area. These area included plumbing ,hvac, carpentry and construction trades. In 2020 BTVI partnered with Valencia College to launch a pilot program called NCCER.

In 2021, we are expanding our program with the launch of an entrepreneurial  track for students. In 2020 we launch a small business from the graduates of the NCCER program. The business name is DRCPL General Maintenance.
